The syllabus for GUJCET is based on the Gujarat Board's 10+2 curriculum. The topics covered in each subject are as follows:

- Physics: Mechanics, Heat and Thermodynamics, Optics, Waves, Electricity and Magnetism, and Electronics.

- Chemistry: Solid State, Solutions, Electrochemistry, Chemical Kinetics, Surface Chemistry, General Principles and Processes of Isolation of Elements, p-Block Elements, d-Block and f-Block Elements, Coordination Compounds, and Organic Chemistry.

- Mathematics: Algebra, Differential Calculus, Integral Calculus, Differential Equations, Probability and Statistics, and Mathematical Reasoning.

- Biology: Diversity in Living World, Structural Organization in Animals and Plants, Cell Structure and Function, Plant Physiology, Human Physiology, Reproduction, Genetics and Evolution, Biology and Human Welfare, Biotechnology and its Applications, and Ecology and Environment.
