The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) of Central Railway has released the online application form for Sports Persons for the year 2023. The starting date to apply online and make the payment of the fee is 18th September 2023, from 10:00 Hrs onwards. Candidates interested in applying for these sports quota vacancies must ensure that they complete the application process before the closing date, which is 17th October 2023, until 18:00 Hrs. It is important to note that the application and fee payment must be done strictly within the specified time frame. Application Fee

For All Candidates: Rs. 500/- (Rs. Five Hundred Only), with a provision of refunding Rs 400/- (Rs Four Hundred Only)

For candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ Ex Servicemen/ Persons with Disability/ Women/ Minorities & EBC: Rs. 250/- (Rs. Two Hundred Fifty Only)

Mode of Payment: Through Online by using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Internet Banking etc.

Closing Date to Apply Online & Payment of Fee: 17-10-2023 till 18:00 Hrs

Age Limit (as on 01-01-2024)

Minimum: 18 Years

Maximum: 25 Years

Candidates born between 01-01-1999 and 01-01-2006 (both days inclusive) should only apply. Candidates born on or before 31-12-1998 are not eligible. Similarly, candidates born on or after 02-01-2006 are also not eligible.

Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Qualification

For Level – 5/4: Minimum Graduation in any faculty from a recognized University

For Level – 3/2: Matriculation, 12th (+2 stage), Matriculation from recognized Board plus ITI approved by NCVT/SCVT.

For Level – 1: 10th Pass or ITI or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT
